Friday 12th April 2024

For our Design Technology hook lesson, we followed some instructions to make our own play doh. At the end we had to evaulate whether or not our play-doh had been successful. We ended up with super sticky hands and flour all over but we had a great time!

Thursday 18th April 2024

This week has been a super busy week in Diamond class. On Monday we had our hook day for our History topic about the Great Fire of London. On this day, we found out about what life was like in London in 1666 just before the fire. Children were really interested to find out about some of the jobs that people did in those days! We also found out about what the buildings were like and why fires were so common. We took part in a virtual VR session where we were transported back to 2nd September 1666. We woke up to the smell of burning and had to escape out of our homes! It was great fun!
