Welcome to Ruby Class

 At Keighley St Andrews in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) we teach a bespoke curriculum with the aim that 'Guided by God, we will create a community of learners who will flourish and be filled with hope.' Our curriculum is based upon the following statutory standards for learning and non-statutory guidance.

Important information

School Day

Reception children start the day at: 8:40am and the children finish the day at 3:00pm.

Morning Nursery children start the session at 8.40am and finish at 11.30am.

Afternoon Nursery children start the session at 12.10pm and finish at 3.00pm. 

Personal Belongings 

Please ensure all items of clothing are clearly named. Children need to bring a named water bottle to school everyday. 

Reading at home 

All Reception children will be given a reading book and a reading for pleasure book. Reading books are changed every Thursday. Please make sure your child has their book bag in school everyday but please note that book bags will stay in school on a Thursday evening so that all books can be changed.  It is important to read to your child daily and please record any comments in their reading records.
